mannin5@providence.eduLighthouse is a retreat which focuses on the experiences of your second year on campus. These include things like balancing leadership positions and commitments, nurturing old and new relationships, and perhaps feeling a little lost or uncertain about your faith. It can be very easy for your sophomore year to leave you in search of a firm foundation, an anchor which can bring clarity and strength to your specific story. On Lighthouse, we want to meet you where you are, walk with you, and be instruments in your discovery of how God is calling to you, even in stormy seas.
The weekend includes witness talks from junior and senior students about their sophomore years at PC, Mass, eucharistic adoration, opportunities for confession, prayer, games, a bonfire by the lake, and great food.

mannin5@providence.eduThis one-day retreat includes reflections by a chaplain and campus ministers, opportunities for sacraments, and time for personal prayer and reflection. Other than the talks by staff and the sacraments, this retreat will be made in total silence. This is our most unique retreat offering in that there are no small groups, games, or icebreakers, but simply time to be with God in a profound way. We are so excited to share the graces of this beautiful weekend with you!

mannin5@providence.edu“I was going through the motions, but didn’t feel like God was in my daily life. Not until I went on Encounter.”
This unique retreat brings together many different people who are in different places in their lives and in their walks with God. The weekend retreat is led by students who have previously attended the Encounter retreat and is filled with time for reflection, the sacraments, personal prayer, and fellowship with friends. It is a great opportunity to take a weekend away from the busy life of the PC campus and have time for prayer, reflection, and community building. Come find out what encountering Christ is all about.
